We enjoyed telling the rooted story of the historical Sultan Ahmet Koftecisi and the true story of its founder, Seracettin Efendi. Due to the nostalgic feel of the film and the first years of the Turkish Republic, we proceeded with the traditional cel animation method. Ottoman period architecture, fashion, and many more details were fun to work on! Let’s dive into the story of young Seracettin in the Ottoman period together.
